Registration
What’s Included: Cost includes the 8-week season, uniform, and hat/visor
Requests: We do our best to fulfill specific requests. All requests are not guaranteed and are on a first come first serve basis. Special requests are only an option during Early Bird Registration.
Practice Night: You will have the option to rank the nights of the week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday) from 1 to 4, with 1 being the most desired and 4 being the least.
Friend Request: Only available for Early Bird Registration. Write your request in the provided textbox (Limit: One friend request).
Commitment
Practice: Each participant will have 8 weeks of practice. Each practice will be a weekly 1-hour practice on an assigned weeknight (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday).
Games: There will be 7 games on Saturday mornings. The first game is on the Saturday following the second week of practice.
Equipment: You are more than welcome to bring your own equipment. Each dugout will have helmets available to use. Teams, for applicable divisions, will be provided catcher’s gear. We do not require the use of cleats, but they are recommended. Metal spikes are prohibited.

How are the divisions split up?
Our age divisions include Kinder (co-ed T-ball), 1st-2nd Grade Girls (Coach pitch), 1st-2nd Grade Boys (Coach pitch), 3rd-5th Grade Girls (Coach/Player pitch), 3rd-5th Grade Boys (Coach/Player pitch), 6th-8th Grade Girls (Player pitch), 6th-8th Grade Boys (Player pitch), HS Girls (Player pitch), and HS Boys (Player pitch).
We do allow some players to play up, however, they are not permitted to play down. Parents, please use discretion when registering your player.
What time is practice?
Whichever day your participant is assigned, they will also be assigned the hour they practice. Practice start times are 5:00, 6:00, and 7:00 pm.
When will I get my uniform?
Uniforms will be passed out by the coach on the first night of practice. If there is a sizing issue, come find one of our team members at the field and we can help you.
Where can I see rosters and schedules?
Rosters and Schedules release date is to be determined.
Once rosters and schedules are posted you may see them through the TeamLinkt app.
They are available for viewing only to those who are registered.
The TeamLinkt app is available on IOS and Android. To see your team, please create a TeamLinkt account with the same email you provided in the registration. Once created, the team assignments will automatically sync.
Where do I check for weather updates?
For weather, call our weather line, weekdays after 4 pm and Saturdays after 7:45 am, (813) 865-9204
Any changes to the schedule or cancellations due to weather will be communicated via email and TeamLinkt app push notification.
